Here we are at week 3 !
I think I am starting to see some progress with the way in which my body is handling food. At first it was hard to tell if I was just ‘willing’ myself into the process, but I am starting to see legitimacy after I have eaten a bit to just stop. I don’t know if it is hunger per se, but it certainly is a stopping mechanism.
I am still training myself to stop when that happens — there’s a part of me (likely the habit) that keeps eating a bit more. Obviously, food still tastes good, so there is a desire to eat on that function, but less so than before.
Still knowing that this is early on and I am on the smallest dose, hopefully things progress in that way!
